Let it Go (Not the Damn Movie)

Why do certain men and boys have to constantly pick on their male friends for all they do? If the guy posts an artsy photo, he's laughed at. If he shows affection for his girlfriend, he's "whipped." If he does something that is in any way considered "girly," then he is gay.

It's because so many guys are trained to do that all of their lives. But it's time to put an end to this. There's too many stereotypes about what a man should be, or even a woman, and they need to stop. Let each individual be who they want to be, and express interest in what they enjoy. And most of all, let them express themselves and their personality. Let it go if you don't agree with it. If they're not harming anyone, let it go.

We often think that bullying ends when school ends. But it does not! If you keep people in your life who don't deserve to be there, the bullying will follow you until the end. Surround yourself with a healthy group of people who appreciate you for who you are. Let a man use face cream because he likes to keep his face moisturized and don't call him a bitch for doing it. Or let that girl wear basketball shorts because they're comfortable and don't refer to her as a "dyke." Just let it go.
